Nice is full of an extraordinary artistic and cultural heritage. It has inspired, from time immemorial, the greatest painters, writers and musicians. It has compelled recognition of its avant-garde across the Atlantic, and its museums are holding prestigious collections in edifices of renowned architecture.

It is not a provincial town as the other ones, it is a privileged city.

The main shopping area (Ave.Jean Medecin), the beach and train station are all within 5-10 minutes walk away. The airport, is approximately 15 minutes by road.

Located in Southern Europe at the south eastern extremity of France, Nice is a privileged crossroads between the Alps, Provence, Corsica and Italy. The city occupies an exceptional natural site in the heart of the French Riviera. It stretches over a coastal plain open southward onto the Mediterranean and bounded from East to West by a succession of wooded hills. In the background, rise the first peaks of the Alpine foothills, some reaching over 9000 ft above sea level, only 31 miles (from the coast) as the crow flies?

Travelling west by Train is Juan Les Pins (15 mins), Cannes (25 mins) & St Tropez (60 mins). They all have sandy beaches and are popular after hour destinations. Travelling East is Villefranche Sur Mer (10 mins), Esy (15 mins) & Monte Carlo (30 mins), capturing extremely scenic and breathtaking views.
