This truly impressive 3/4 double bedroom villa situated across the road from Nissi Beach and suitable for families, wedding parties and groups alike. The villa has been designed and furnished by the owners giving it a contemporary feel. The villa benefits from its own private pool (8 by 4m) and lush green & mature gardens. There are two outdoor areas, a dining area seating up to 8 persons with a large fold-over canopy and the second, a relaxed covered sitting area next to the pool. There is also a pool house for additional guests (additional costs apply). The villa has a spacious open plan feel with a modern fitted kitchen leading onto the indoor dining area. The living area has been designed for maximum relaxation with an L-shaped sofa, flat screen tv, dvd with cinematic surround sound, wireless internet throughout villa and garden areas and freeview satellite with over 30 english/american channels. In addition there are 2/3 bathrooms, 3/4 showers (one outside), air-conditioning and fans in every room catering for up to 6 persons within the villa itself and an additional 2 persons within the pool-house (if required)

Ayia Napa boasts some of the best beaches on the island with Nissi Beach less than 5 mins walk away or Waterworld a short 5 minute drive. Ayia Napa is situated within the Famagusta district and has something to offer for everyone; from water sport activities to spending your days lazing on the secluded bays and ambling around the fishing harbours.

Unravelled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover traditional villages and old towns, amazing churches and mosques, caves and Greek monuments. You can easily travel around Cyprus north and south within a day. Be at the beach in the morning and up in the mountains by midday and back down to the capital Nicosia in time for dinner.

The villa is available for short lets. Longer lets are also available from November until April only. Rates quoted are in local currency Euros (EUR) and include all utilities and taxes;
